Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the TKN app and website, operated by Random Shenanigans. By using TKN you agree to them.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use TKN, subject to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's standard EULA), which applies to this app.

2. What TKN is — and isn't

TKN is a monitoring and convenience tool. It reads the billing and usage data your providers expose and can help you revoke a key. TKN does not guarantee that it will detect every cost event or prevent every charge. Provider billing data can be delayed or incomplete, network conditions vary, and revocation depends on third-party APIs we do not control.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your provider accounts, the keys you connect, and all charges they incur.
• Keep at least one independent safeguard (e.g., provider-side hard spend limits). TKN is a second line of defense, not your only one.
• You confirm you are authorized to connect and manage the keys you add.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• TKN Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription ($9.99/month) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($99), sold through the App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse TKN: no reverse engineering beyond what law permits, no using it to access accounts you don't own, and no unlawful activity.

6. No warranty

TKN is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Random Shenanigans is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any API charges, overages, or losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) TKN. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Third-party services

TKN is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. Your use of their APIs is governed by their terms.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or discontinue features. We may suspend access for violations. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
